Return and Exchange Policy


Refunds 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at dogapproved@outlook.com. Once your email has been received, we will contact you to discuss further action. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your product for a different one due to personal error, you can email info@dogapproved.ca.

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
